How will my order be delivered to me?

We make every attempt to ship your order 1 day after it has been roasted and QC’d but it may be as much as 2 days. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or on major holidays. We will use the shipping address information you provide with your order so please make sure it is correct. Crescent Ridge Coffee is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and the customer may be responsible for any additional fees incurred to get your package to the correct address.
All of our shipping is via UPS or USPS though we may ship using any other carrier at our discretion. We are also closed during all major holidays (New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) and any order received just before or during will be roasted and shipped after.

Do you allow returns?
Answer :
For coffee products, unfortunately we do not allow exchanges or returns.
All other products may be returned if we are contacted within 7 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
All returned items must be in new condition, unused, unwashed and unworn. We'll process your return within 72 hours upon receipt. Contact us for more information on returns.
What are the shipping charges?
Answer :
Shipping rates are based on individual products. Depending on what items you have in your cart, a mixture of shipping classes will effect the total shipping cost. For example coffee is generally shipped at the rate of $6.95 but coffee mugs or t-shirts are charged at their individual shipping rate.
